Manage a litigation caseload from inception through resolution while analyzing complex insurance policies and coverage issues. Draft coverage-related correspondence and represent clients in depositions, mediations, and trials.

The associate will handle all phases of civil defense litigation, including professional liability, general liability, and commercial matters from inception through resolution. Responsibilities include drafting legal documents, managing discovery, attending depositions and hearings, and providing strategic guidance to clients.

Independently manage all phases of complex employment litigation from inception through resolution in state and federal courts. Provide strategic legal counsel to employers on workplace compliance, risk management, and personnel matters.
