The Field Clinical Manager will lead, mentor, and manage a team of Field Clinical Specialists to support the commercial launch of the Globe Pulsed Field System. They are responsible for ensuring clinical proficiency, maintaining regulatory compliance, and fostering strong relationships with healthcare professionals.
Provide technical assistance and training to physicians and clinical staff on the Globe PF System during cardiac ablation procedures. Manage clinical study sites and communicate product feedback to the engineering team to support ongoing clinical trials and commercial launch.
The Territory Manager will drive sales and market penetration for the Globe Pulsed Field System within a designated geography. They will lead the commercial launch, provide strategic direction to clinical specialists, and build relationships with key opinion leaders and healthcare facilities.
Lead the strategy, development, and delivery of the Mapping Specialist training program to build a high-performing clinical education organization. Recruit and mentor a team of Clinical Trainers while partnering with cross-functional teams to align education with product capabilities.
