The Clinical Trial Liaison will build and maintain relationships with clinical investigators to facilitate patient recruitment and ensure successful trial execution. They will provide regional operational insights, troubleshoot site issues, and ensure site staff have a thorough scientific understanding of the investigational agents.

The Executive Director of Medical Affairs will shape and execute the integrated medical strategy for a key clinical asset while leading a high-performing team. They will serve as the medical lead on global programs and foster influential relationships with external scientific and medical communities.

This role involves leading a national field medical team of MSLs and RMLs, responsible for developing and executing the national disease area field medical strategy aligned with the overarching Medical Strategy to improve patient care. The director must also focus on developing organizational talent for future leadership roles and ensuring successful execution of customer engagement tactics within ethical standards.
