Lead the planning, integration, coordination, and execution of complex aerospace and defense flight test programs involving launch vehicles, target systems, payloads, and mission systems. Coordinate technical teams and stakeholders, manage risks and integration issues, support mission readiness and flight execution, and deliver post-flight assessments and recommendations.
Lead commercial launch licensing and regulatory strategy, including FAA Part 450 applications and coordination with federal agencies. Develop DoD launch and range integration capabilities, support emerging launch infrastructure, and build customer services and business opportunities in commercial and national security launch markets.
