Accurately assign medical codes including ICD-10, CPT, and HCPCS based on documentation across various medical specialties. Ensure compliance with SLAs, maintain high quality and productivity targets, and respond to audits within required timeframes.

Assist the Contract Manager in overseeing medical coding performance, conducting monthly audits, and maintaining personnel credentials. Responsible for generating detailed Monthly Status Reports (MSR) and serving as the Acting Contract Manager when necessary.

Accurately assign medical codes across various specialties and facilities while adhering to strict SLAs and quality targets. Coordinate with project managers and complete required government system training and audits.

The IT Specialist will manage laptop and device management, maintain cybersecurity protocols, and provide troubleshooting support for hardware and software. They will also assist with onboarding new hires and manage the helpdesk ticketing system.
