The Granting Program Manager supports the implementation of granting streams, coordinates with Advisory and Review Circles, and manages the grant lifecycle. This role also involves developing systems for program evaluation, impact reporting, and fostering shared leadership within the team.

Lead organizational practices for employee support and wellbeing, focusing on compensation, benefits management, and engagement initiatives. Co-design new HR pathways based on market assessments and support general People & Culture activities.
