You will own the CRM offerings using Microsoft Dynamics 365 and guide clients through the design of modern sales and service processes. Additionally, you will identify opportunities for AI and automation integration while managing customer projects and workshops.

You will advise clients on designing modern CRM and sales processes using Microsoft Dynamics 365 and the Power Platform. Additionally, you will identify opportunities for AI-driven process improvements and manage the implementation of solutions from concept to rollout.
