You will provide strategic leadership for the technology unit, overseeing approximately 40 employees and managing resources and capacity. Additionally, you will drive AI initiatives, align the technological vision with clients, and contribute to the agency's overall management and portfolio development.

Conduct user tests, usability studies, and design sprints for digital product development and audience research. Manage a large public-law opinion panel, design questionnaires, and provide methodology consulting to clients.
