Case Manager RN (Temporary, Remote. Day shift)
The Case Manager conducts utilization reviews using MCG criteria to ensure appropriate resource allocation and monitors patient medical records for continued stay appropriateness. They also coordinate with the Patient Access team and facilitate the resolution of factors delaying patient discharge.
