The role involves creating and defining seamless, consistent, and desirable experiences for Global Payments products and services by applying user-centered design principles, including research and visual/interaction design. The designer will define an in-depth understanding of the customer context and apply customer needs to design engaging experiences across multiple devices and channels.

The Scrum Master will lead and support multiple Agile pods, facilitating Agile ceremonies and coaching teams on best practices. They will collaborate with various stakeholders to ensure alignment with business priorities and manage dependencies across teams.

Lead solution architecture for secure, scalable cloud systems and design various architectures including web, mobile, backend, and integrations. Ensure compliance, security, and production readiness while advising leadership and driving technical innovation.

The Indexer/Copyeditor Contractor is responsible for proofreading and fact-checking product descriptions and metadata before publication. They also research and create product descriptions and positive review blurbs as needed.
