Community Based Crisis Navigator - Iowa Mental Health Crisis Response Team
The Crisis Navigator provides on-site crisis intervention, risk assessments, and develops treatment plans for clients in collaboration with community partners. They also maintain ongoing case management, document all correspondence, and conduct outreach to identify individuals in need of services.
