Provide legal advice to clients and represent them at disability hearings before Social Security Administrative Law Judges. Handle legal writing at the ALJ and Appeals Council levels and maintain communication with clients throughout the disability process.
Manage 50-75 calls daily in a professional call center environment to support clients through the legal claims process. Maintain detailed documentation in a paperless database and proactively build client relationships to ensure retention.
