This leader will manage the sales organization, establish performance metrics, and drive profitable organic growth across a decentralized network of partner companies.

Lead enterprise financial planning, forecasting, and performance reporting while owning the 13-week cash flow forecast. Act as a strategic partner to executive leadership and regional operators to drive profitability and enterprise value in a private equity-backed environment.

Lead and develop Business Development Representatives across a regional portfolio to drive revenue growth and standardize sales processes. Cultivate strategic referral relationships and partner with regional leadership to scale best practices across operating companies.
