Lead the development team by bridging product strategy and technical execution through sprint planning and process optimization. Drive technical architecture decisions while remaining hands-on in writing production-ready code and maintaining engineering standards.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and integrate APIs and build reusable front-end components for multi-tenant applications. Translate wireframes into high-quality code while optimizing performance across various devices and browsers.
