The UX Designer will create intuitive and visually clear user experiences for a complex B2B graph analytics platform. This involves conducting user research, developing wireframes and prototypes in Figma, and collaborating with engineering and product teams to refine design solutions.
Create and maintain technical documentation, including end-user guides, operations manuals, and tutorials for the Hume data analytics platform. Collaborate with product and engineering teams to align documentation with the product roadmap and training programs.
You will design the technical roadmap and architecture for the AI layer of the Hume platform while actively contributing to the codebase. You will also collaborate with product and science teams to integrate AI capabilities and eventually build and mentor an AI engineering team.
