Systems and Integrations Manager
The Systems and Integrations Manager is responsible for integrating new properties into the Property Management System and acting as the primary liaison between staff and software providers. They also supervise the ticket system, oversee KPIs for the Systems Specialist, and develop SOPs and training content.
