The Assistant Controller leads the monthly, quarterly, and year-end close processes while delivering high-quality management reporting and variance analysis. They are responsible for strengthening internal controls and automating accounting workflows to support the firm's global growth.

This role involves conducting market mapping, organizational analysis, and competitive research to identify talent and inform hiring strategy, while also executing research-driven sourcing strategies to proactively engage high-quality candidates. Additionally, the associate will conduct structured first-round screening interviews, assess candidate fit, and produce clear, insight-driven summaries to support internal hiring stakeholders and Hiring Committees.
