The role involves developing and delivering cancer and SACT education programs while acting as a clinical role model to support nursing staff development. You will also lead service improvement initiatives and work clinically across the network to ensure high standards of patient care.
The Clinical Nurse Specialist will act as a Key Worker for patients undergoing anti-cancer treatment, coordinating care and developing personalized care plans. They will also lead nurse-led clinics, provide specialist oncology support, and contribute to service development and quality improvement initiatives.
