The Regional Program Manager will lead the strategic, technical, and financial coordination of a regional financial and digital inclusion project. They are responsible for managing multidisciplinary teams, overseeing budget execution, and fostering partnerships with key stakeholders in the financial and technological ecosystem.

Support the technical implementation of data strategy, Monitoring, Evaluation, and Learning (MEL), and AI solutions to strengthen institutional decision-making. This includes developing dashboards, integrating multi-source data, and implementing AI use cases to measure results.

Lead a strategic review of the digital solutions portfolio to strengthen value propositions, scalability, and financial sustainability. Develop an executive roadmap and provide strategic advice to the Executive Direction on investment priorities and technological evolution.
