You will manage the full account lifecycle for engineering clients, including prospecting, onboarding, and upselling to meet revenue targets. You will collaborate with project engineers and operations teams to ensure successful order delivery and maintain strong client relationships.
The Account Manager will serve as the primary contact for Swedish accounts, handling everything from new business acquisition to supporting existing customers and ensuring successful order delivery. Daily tasks involve hitting revenue targets, proactive outbound prospecting, building long-term client relationships, and managing the full account lifecycle in collaboration with technical teams.
