The Development Manager is responsible for driving $500K in annual fundraising revenue and managing volunteer leadership across a multi-community territory. They serve as the primary representative for the Foundation, building relationships with donors and partners while executing community-based fundraising strategies.

The Leadership Gift Officer manages a portfolio of 500+ donors to drive revenue growth and pipeline development through virtual outreach and stewardship. They collaborate with internal teams to implement solicitation strategies and ensure donors are effectively engaged and transitioned into major giving programs.

The Development Manager is responsible for driving fundraising strategies and revenue growth across a defined territory while serving as the primary community representative.
