You will lead the modernization of the data stack by designing and building the platform backbone for governed reporting and AI workflows. This involves managing ingestion patterns, warehouse design, and ensuring pipeline reliability through cross-functional collaboration.

The Application Support Engineer will serve as the primary point of contact for diagnosing and resolving technical issues within the loan management platform. They will collaborate with engineering and product teams to manage incidents, maintain documentation, and ensure high-quality support in a cloud-based environment.

You will lead the architecture and strategy for the data platform, including ingestion patterns, warehouse design, and environment strategy. Additionally, you will execute pipeline development, ensure reliability, and implement data governance and quality standards.
