You will investigate, evaluate, negotiate, and settle property, farm, and commercial insurance claims within an assigned territory. Additionally, you will handle large losses across Iowa while interpreting policies and determining coverage and loss values.
Conduct compliance examinations for broker/dealers, investment advisors, and insurance companies to ensure adherence to SEC, FINRA, and MSRB regulations. Prepare detailed written reports, develop action plans for identified problems, and provide training to the field force.
