Fanvue

The Creative Director will build Fanvue's brand identity and creative function from the ground up, reporting directly to the founders. They will oversee multi-channel campaigns, PR, and performance creative while leading a multidisciplinary team.

The role involves analyzing payments data to optimize authorization rates, reduce processing costs, and manage daily reconciliation. You will build routing rules and KPI dashboards to directly increase revenue and improve payment success rates.

The Staff Software Engineer will lead technical initiatives focused on platform scalability and reliability, driving the decomposition of the existing monolith into services. Key tasks include optimizing PostgreSQL for high throughput and building out the necessary AI infrastructure like vector stores and LLM orchestration.

Deliver features end-to-end across the TypeScript/Node.js stack, focusing on building AI-powered features such as chat, content generation, personalization, and moderation. Engineers will leverage AI coding tools daily and contribute to technical discussions while collaborating closely with Product and Design teams.
