Lead and develop a team of Field Applications Engineers and Linux support engineers to ensure successful customer integration of wireless modules. Act as a bridge between customers, Sales, and R&D to translate field insights into product improvements and resolve critical technical escalations.
Act as the primary technical and commercial point of contact for distributors and customers to identify and qualify wireless design-in opportunities. Manage the end-to-end customer journey from initial discovery calls to production, partnering with FAEs to ensure technical success.
