The Director of Compliance Services will lead the compliance team to ensure accuracy and accountability across a portfolio of LIHTC, HUD, and HOME regulated properties. Responsibilities include overseeing HUD vouchering, contract renewals, internal compliance software, and providing strategic support for property operations and audits.
Provide technical and customer support for Yardi software, including ticket triage and resolution. Manage user accounts, resident ledgers, and coordinate with interface vendors to maintain data integrity.
Provide advanced technical and customer support for Yardi software, resolving escalated tickets and mentoring Tier 1 specialists. Develop custom reports, write SQL queries, and ensure data integrity across Yardi databases and business workflows.
