You will design, build, and maintain scalable services and data pipelines to support global AI data infrastructure. Additionally, you will lead architectural decisions, mentor junior engineers, and collaborate cross-functionally to ensure platform reliability and scalability.
You will write clean, well-tested code to contribute to core platform features, data pipelines, and internal tooling. Additionally, you will collaborate with senior engineers on system design, participate in code reviews, and assist in troubleshooting platform issues.
The Data Analyst will analyze contributor performance, production throughput, and quality metrics to provide actionable insights for operations and growth. They will also design dashboards and collaborate with cross-functional teams to define success metrics and evaluate process improvements.
