Establish the data science function from the ground up to drive product decisions through analytics and experimentation. Collaborate cross-functionally to define key metrics, build dashboards, and translate complex data into actionable product recommendations.

The role involves creating high-quality, short social videos and product demos, directing and producing product launch and educational videos that combine strong storytelling, motion, and AI-generated visuals. Responsibilities also include generating and integrating AI visuals, collaborating with product/design teams, and developing campaign assets with marketing.

As the first game designer, this role is responsible for defining the feel of an AI-powered world by designing exploration systems, pacing, and progression mechanics driven by genuine curiosity and the relationship with an AI companion. The designer will work at the intersection of game design, child development, and generative AI, building foundational design frameworks from scratch in a Godot 4 environment.

The Cloud & IoT Service Engineer will manage AWS-native services and hybrid cloud environments, ensuring high availability for IoT backend systems. They will also design CI/CD pipelines and develop automated tools for deployment and monitoring.
