Drive projects from concept to release by collaborating closely with product managers and designers. Write and review high-quality code while leveraging AI to improve development velocity and domain understanding.

Lead customer implementations from kickoff through successful adoption by translating workflows into the Ediphi platform. Partner with internal teams including Sales, Data, and Support to drive long-term customer success and provide product feedback.

Lead and mentor a feature team of 2-4 engineers while partnering with Product Managers and Designers to shape the roadmap. Drive technical excellence and hands-on execution to ship high-quality software for construction estimating.
