Lead customer implementations from kickoff through successful adoption by translating workflows into the Ediphi platform. Partner with internal teams including Sales, Data, and Support to drive long-term customer success and provide product feedback.

Lead and mentor a feature team of 2-4 engineers while partnering with Product Managers and Designers to shape the roadmap. Drive technical excellence and hands-on execution to ship high-quality software for construction estimating.

Lead and develop a team of Product Specialists to manage the customer journey from signed contract to active user. Define and scale implementation methodologies and playbooks to reduce time-to-value and improve customer outcomes.
