The estimator is responsible for analyzing plans and specifications to calculate quantities and estimate costs for materials, labor, and equipment. They manage relationships with suppliers and subcontractors while participating in bid closures and client meetings.

The role involves creating 3D content adhering to project modeling and coding standards, publishing necessary views, drawings, and exports, and collaborating with the BIM coordinator and technical teams to maintain file standardization. Responsibilities also include participating in quantity take-offs, supporting users with 3D model visualization, and resolving BIM modeling issues.

The role involves performing billing reconciliations, compiling data, and preparing invoices. Additionally, the technician will assist with month-end closures and respond to project manager inquiries.
