The Corporate Counsel will draft and negotiate commercial agreements and provide legal support for the development, financing, and sale of solar and battery storage projects. They will also manage corporate governance, compliance, and coordinate with outside counsel on strategic transactions.

The Financial Controller will oversee all accounting operations, including the preparation of GAAP-compliant financial statements and project-level financial tracking for solar assets. They will also lead budgeting, cash flow forecasting, and the implementation of internal controls while managing the finance team.

Develop and implement dam safety surveillance and monitoring plans while overseeing inspections and technical reports. Coordinate with FERC and other regulatory agencies to ensure compliance and manage minor repair and remediation projects.

Manage the full lifecycle of civil, mechanical, electrical, and controls projects across a portfolio of hydroelectric plants. Coordinate internal resources and vendors to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.

The Coordinator ensures hydroelectric facility compliance with environmental, health, and safety protocols through auditing and risk reduction. They are responsible for managing safety training, investigating incidents, and maintaining hazardous materials inventories.
