The Vice President of Legal will serve as the primary internal legal leader, overseeing corporate, employment, compliance, and regulatory matters for the healthcare MSO. This role involves managing outside counsel, supporting board governance, and leading legal diligence for strategic growth initiatives.
Manage high volumes of inbound and outbound calls, schedule patients accurately, and route callers to the appropriate person or department. Complete initial registration for new patients and maintain courteous, professional, and efficient interactions with patients, staff, and providers.
The specialist is responsible for managing the revenue cycle, including billing, collections, and resolving claim denials for ENT specialty offices. They must also provide reimbursement assistance to patients while maintaining accurate records and adhering to HIPAA guidelines.
