The consultant will analyze and design end-to-end payroll processes integrated with time management, providing expert guidance on German payroll regulations and compliance. Key tasks include configuring SAP EC Payroll components like wage types, schemas, and rules, and overseeing payroll execution and validation.

The specialist will manage the entire recruitment lifecycle for IT, consulting, and corporate roles across global regions, partnering with hiring managers from requirement intake through to offer closure.
