Role Overview

We are seeking experienced Manual Testing Consultants with Policy Center testing experienceto join our QA team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for validating insurance policy lifecycle workflows within the Policy Center platform, ensuring accurate underwriting, rating, and policy data processes from quoting through renewal.

This role requires strong expertise in manual testing, business workflow validation, and UI testingwithin the insurance domain.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform manual testing of Policy Center applications from the UI layer.

• Validate the complete insurance policy lifecycle, including:

  • Policy quoting

  • Policy issuance

  • Endorsements

  • Renewals

• Ensure correct underwriting rules, rating logic, and policy data integrity.

• Test and validate business workflows and user journeyswithin the platform.

• Conduct UI validation, including:

  • Buttons

  • Fields

  • Screen navigation

  • Form validations

• Create and execute test cases, test scenarios, and test scripts.

• Identify, document, and track defects using defect tracking tools.

• Collaborate with developers, QA teams, and business analyststo ensure full test coverage.

• Validate system functionality against business requirements and acceptance criteria.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Manual Testing

• Hands-on experience testing Policy Center applications from the UI

• Strong understanding of insurance policy lifecycle processes

• Experience validating underwriting and rating workflows

• Strong experience in test case creation and execution

• Familiarity with defect management tools (e.g., JIRA, Bugzilla, etc.)

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Good communication and documentation skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working in the insurance domain

• Exposure to policy administration systems

• Experience working in Agile testing environments

• Shift:1:00 PM – 10:00 PM IST

• Work Mode:Fully Remote (Candidates must be based in India)
