The Online Course Developer will design and create engaging, effective asynchronous course materials for the Adult Learning program. They are responsible for ensuring all content is accessible, compliant with AODA and WCAG 2.0 standards, and aligned with course learning outcomes.

The facilitator will teach the Health Assessment for Occupational Health Nursing course online asynchronously. Responsibilities include creating a positive learning environment, developing curriculum, and utilizing educational technologies to manage grades and student engagement.

The facilitator is responsible for delivering the A+ Essentials course online and creating a positive, inclusive learning environment. Key duties include developing curriculum, utilizing adult education principles, and managing student grades using educational technologies.
