Responsible for the support, maintenance, and development of tools used to generate cybersecurity events and incidents within a 24x7 CSOC environment. This includes developing SIEM content, tracking cyber threats, and tuning correlation rules to reduce false positives.

Provides consultation and sales support for the Outdoor Lighting Smart Attachments Program to various customer segments. Coordinates internal and external resources to deploy the program while managing vendor relationships and financial targets.
