You will manage the end-to-end contract process for commercial agreements, including drafting, reviewing, and negotiating various legal documents. Additionally, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement AI-assisted workflows and provide business-oriented legal recommendations.

Participants will attend two virtual sessions per week to explore various business functions within an Agentic AI company. They will engage with industry leaders to gain insights into career journeys and the skills required for success in the AI industry.

Lead post-sales activities and manage customer relationships to ensure retention and satisfaction. Act as a team lead by mentoring CSMs, handling escalations, and collaborating cross-functionally to represent the voice of the customer.

Provide technical support to customers across multiple communication channels to resolve simple and complex product issues. Collaborate with Engineering, Product, and Sales teams to improve the overall customer experience and drive issue resolution.
