Senior Conversion Rate Optimization Manager (m/w/d)
Lead conversion optimization for the online shops and establish a continuous testing program, developing and prioritizing hypotheses, designing and evaluating A/B tests, and improving the configurator, product pages, checkout, and landing pages. Document and present test results and learnings, build AI-agent workflows for analysis, variant development, and reporting, and collaborate with marketing, design, content, CRM, and web development teams.
