Manage end-to-end release cadences for DataHub Core and Managed Cloud while coordinating cross-functional teams. Establish quality gates, build automation runbooks, and mitigate risks to ensure stable production releases.

Enhance the Python-based ingestion framework to support metadata and usage statistics from systems like Snowflake and Kafka. Build connectors for modern data and ML stacks and enable the framework to operate in cloud-native environments.

You will own a portfolio of enterprise accounts, guiding them from onboarding through renewal and expansion. You will also collaborate with product and engineering teams to share customer feedback and influence the product roadmap.

This role involves leading technical initiatives across DataHub Cloud and enterprise deployments, focusing on designing and implementing robust, scalable infrastructure solutions and driving best practices for automation and observability. Key duties include establishing SLAs/SLOs, leading incident response, implementing chaos engineering, and mentoring the SRE team.

Key responsibilities include actively engaging in the DataHub Slack community by answering questions and leading conversations, alongside creating compelling technical content like blog posts and tutorials to educate users. The role also involves delivering technical presentations and collaborating with product/engineering teams to advocate for user needs.
