Drive net-new business growth across Ontario and Eastern Canada by identifying and prospecting mid-market and enterprise organizations. Build strategic relationships with C-level executives and collaborate with partners like AWS, Databricks, and Microsoft to shape data and AI solutions.

Lead discovery workshops and stakeholder interviews to translate complex business needs into actionable requirements for data and AI solutions. Document current and future state business processes while defining KPIs and supporting data platform modernization initiatives.

Design, build, and deploy end-to-end AI/ML solutions and robust backend systems for industrial use cases. Collaborate with clients to transform legacy workflows into scalable, intelligent systems using modern AI tooling and data pipelines.

The role involves designing and implementing conceptual, logical, and physical data models, including dimensional models (star/snowflake schemas), to support analytics and reporting within a modern cloud platform. Key duties also include collaborating with stakeholders, data engineers, and Power BI developers to ensure models are scalable, performant, and aligned with business needs.
