The Inside Sales Representative will manage the top of the sales funnel by conducting outbound outreach to compounding pharmacies and qualifying inbound leads. They will hold discovery conversations, book demos for field sales reps, and maintain accurate records within the CRM.
The representative will own the Central U.S. territory by prospecting and converting private compounding pharmacy accounts. Responsibilities include running product demos, managing the sales funnel, and representing the company at industry events.
Lead the U.S. marketing strategy by developing campaigns, content, and visual identity to promote 3D printing solutions for personalized medicine. Collaborate with commercial teams to translate complex clinical science into compelling stories for the compounding pharmacy community.
Lead the onboarding process for new pharmacies by providing hands-on guidance, training, and live demonstrations of 3D printing technology. Act as a bridge between customers and internal product teams to share insights and ensure successful platform adoption.
