Build and manage a network of clinical imaging sites, overseeing site selection, agreements, activation, participant processes, data handling, recruitment tracking, and dataset quality from start to closeout. Develop reusable processes, tools, and reporting systems to scale site operations and deliver complete, quality-checked imaging datasets across required pathologies, scanner vendors, and field strengths.
Design and produce comprehensive MRI training programs, courses, and interactive modules for a simulator platform. Collaborate with Application Specialists to identify user gaps and create content that scales MRI education globally.
Own the customer relationship by onboarding new clients and providing technical support and training for MRI simulation software. Act as a bridge between users and the engineering team to shape future product development.
