You will own the clip-testing system, managing the daily dashboard, winner calls, and the overall cadence of content production. You are responsible for analyzing performance data to guide editors and pickers while ensuring the system meets growth targets.

You will manage the clip pipeline by identifying high-performing moments from long-form content and reviewing all edits for quality before publication. Your success is measured by your hit rate and your ability to maintain a consistent queue of engaging, tagged content.

The specialist will primarily own the review process for approximately 40 short-form videos monthly using Frame.io, providing specific, tactical feedback on elements like hooks, pacing, and text placement to ensure quality before publication. This role also involves tracking content performance, translating data into actionable recommendations, and surfacing new content format ideas.
