The Senior Associate Broker is responsible for executing high-volume marketing and placement tasks for new business and renewals. This includes triaging submissions, negotiating terms with carriers, and managing the placement process through to bind.

Drive financial performance and new business production for the assigned region through strategic sales planning and relationship management. Lead and mentor a team of Regional Sales Managers while collaborating with underwriting partners to ensure profitability.
