Oversee the acquisition, renovation, and management of corporate and private real estate across Germany and international locations. Coordinate with contractors, manage budgets, and ensure high-quality standards through detailed reporting and on-site visits.

The role involves gathering and analyzing quantitative and qualitative data to identify market trends and learner preferences. The assistant will conduct competitor analysis and collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide actionable insights for education markets.
