The role involves opening new accounts within the aerospace and defense sectors and managing the full sales cycle from prospecting to contract signature. You will also be responsible for scaling pilot projects across client groups and maintaining strong relationships with key industrial stakeholders.
You will lead the technical architecture of the platform while managing and mentoring a team of three developers. You will remain hands-on with coding, ensuring the scalability, security, and performance of the product.
Deploy and manage the Connect 981 platform at industrial client sites by analyzing operational processes and building digital solutions. Train client teams to achieve autonomy in evolving the platform and provide feedback to the product team for continuous improvement.
