The VP - Senior Counsel serves as the principal legal advisor for asset and property management, overseeing enterprise-wide risk frameworks and regulatory compliance. They are responsible for managing contract architecture, litigation portfolios, and ensuring adherence to fair housing and civil rights laws.

The Real Estate Paralegal will manage real estate due diligence, acquisitions, and financing transactions while coordinating with internal and external stakeholders. They will also support construction contract administration, corporate entity maintenance, and provide general legal research and documentation support.
