The analyst will perform Defined Benefit pension calculations, process participant transactions, and resolve inquiries in accordance with plan provisions. They will also maintain accurate participant records and support data validation, audits, and system updates.
The role involves executing client-defined benefits processes, managing the project life cycle for change work, and acting as a Subject Matter Expert for client rules. Responsibilities also include mentoring junior staff and maintaining business requirements and process documentation.
