Support day-to-day cash operations, liquidity monitoring, and claims-related financial processes within a specialty reinsurance environment. Manage reinsurance trust account administration, bank reconciliations, and regulatory reporting such as escheatment and 1099 processing.

The manager will lead the strategy, sourcing, and governance of third-party vendors, including TPAs and legal panels, to ensure alignment with the company's claims operating model. They will also manage commercial relationships, drive performance through KPIs, and support M&A integration activities.

The role involves managing a portfolio of international Motor claims, including large and complex cases, ensuring high technical standards are met. Responsibilities include handling cross-border claims, overseeing Third-Party Administrators, applying technical knowledge in liability and reserving, and negotiating with counterparties.
