The Ambulatory Triage Registered Nurse handles phone triage, patient education, and care coordination within a Family Medicine team. Responsibilities also include scheduling appointments, managing prior authorizations, and processing prescription refills.

Remotely monitor patient environments to identify potential harms and report them to the on-site care team. Perform indirect patient care including documentation and reinforcing patient education under the direction of a Registered Nurse.
